IPA
Its name originates from the famous Ale embarked during the 17th century by ships guided to India.
Having to cross the equator, without the possession of refrigerating systems, IPA were produced with a strong dosage of hops, to survive the long journey.
The bitterness of the hops prevails in the explosion of herbaceous, spicy and earthy scents which meshes with the citrusy, resinous, tropical hint.
In the end, while maintaining its decisive bitterness, it grants the impression of an equilibrated body.
